1/ Here I lay me down to sleep
I give my soul to God to keep if any evil comes to me the Blessed Virgin will come and waken me. There are four corners on my bed, there are four angels over-head Matthew, Mark, Luke and John God bless the bed that I lay on. My mother told me this prayers and said it was a very old prayer this is a night prayer and my mother says it every night.
2/ Infant Jesus meek and mild look on me a little child pity mine and pity me and suffer me to come to thee.
Heart of Jesus I adore thee heart of Mary I implore thee heart of Joseph pure and just in those three hearts I put my trust.
