    The Local Roads
    The local roads are the Granardcille Road the Ballymore Road. The bog Road and the Granard Road.
    The Granard - cille Road leads from Leitrim to Granard and the Ballymore Road leads from Coolcor to Killeen.
    The bog road leads from Muckerstaff to Leitrim and the Granard Road leads from Browne's Crossroads to Granard.
    The Granardcille Road is the oldest Road in the district.
    It was made before 1315 and they are still used.
    During the famine a hill was cut on the Granard Road as relief and the men worked at four pence a day.
    There are a few by ways in the school district
