There are a few customs carried out still at crossroads such as Skittles, Weight Throwing and Pitch and Toss
When playing Skittles there are four sticks standing on their end at each corner of a square and there is a bigger one in a little ring in the middle
Each one of these little sticks counts five and the bigger one counts ten
Then there are three big sticks called "dogs" thrown at the little sticks and try to knock them out of the ring
Another Pastime is Bullet Throwing.
They would get a round stone and throw it as far as they are able
