Rabbits and dogs.
You would half the number playing one half rabbits and the other dogs. The dogs would stay in the burrow and the rabbits run then the dogs would run after them. When they would be all caught the dogs would be the rabbits and the rabbits dogs.
Nuts in May
To play nuts in May the players would halve and face each other. They would meet each other singing "Here we come gathering nuts in May, nuts in May, nuts in May. Here we come gathering nuts in May on a cold and frosty morning". "Who will we have for nuts in May, nuts in May, nuts in May, who will we have for nuts on a cold and frosty morning". Then they would pick out one(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
