Ar an leathanach seo
- People had three meals daily in olden times namely, breakfast, dinner and supper. They went out at half past seven to work and they came back about nine o'clock and had their breakfast. They ate their dinner about three o'clock and they ate their supper at about ten oclock. Their breakfast consisted of of porridge and milk and a drop of tea and a small piece of bread. Their dinner consisted of potatoes and milk. They used to put some salt on each potato and then drunk the milk. Their supper consisted of porridge. It was buttermilk that they nearly always drank. There was a basket full of potatoes put in the middle of the floor and they all sat around this When men were working in the bog it was porridge and milk that they got(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
