    these two are thatched There are a good many old people living here but none of them know Irish. Mrs Moore who lives in a cottage about a mile outside the town knows a great number of English stories and she knows all about the Big Wind and Cromwell
    Near the site of the new cottages being erected now in Derrylurgan there are some old houses which at one time was a factory where every sort of trade was carried on, but some of the houses are in ruins.
