went on fire outside the town at Mrs Mc Guires, some - thing belonging to the lorry was found three fields away from the road where the explosion happened. Some one had told the townsfolk about the raid that day so that they had all in readiness. The barracks used to be where Mrs Mc Evoy is now living and all the people were waiting there for the raid. Not many nights after a raid was made on the town which caused many old people's death.
