    that the butter is made.When the butter is made the milk is taken out and put into a bucket ,then the butter is washed and the ribs are picked out of it.It is washed again and then salted .Some people drink the butter-milk ,others make bread with it, and others make bread with it ,and others give it to the pigs.I do not know any story about churning.
