    Cycling is a beautiful pastime in Summer, and it is chiefly indulged in by the growing up boys and girls. Many people go cycling on Sunday and other leisure hours. They go a distant of about ten or twelve miles and in that way they get to know many places.

    Reading is a very quiet pastime, and it is carried on by the young and old. Sometimes during the long winter nights people take up a paper or book
