    If the swallows fly low it denotes rain and if the robin comes to the door for food there will be snow. When the cat scrapes the leg of the table it is the sign of a storm and when the dog eats grass rain will not be far off.
    When the sheep come down on the side of a mountain there will be snow, if you see a number of cattle grazing on a high hill there will be fine weather.
    If the smoke ascends straight from the chimney it indicates fine weather. When the crickets sing
