    The local landlord of this district long ago was Lord Dillon. He was a very strict landlord, and he had three agents, Mr. Strickland, ? and Jackson.
    Those three agents used to gather the rents from the tenants and if the people had not the rent the agent would take a cow or bullock from the tenant and if they had not this they would be evicted.
    Lord Dillon lived in London, he never settled down in this country. His agent held an office in Loughglynn
