    There were more houses in it in former times. The ruins of two of them are still to be seen in one of our fields. Mary Tighe was living in one of them and Tom Wealsh was living in the other and they died and left their land to my grandfather.
    There was another house in a field near by and Mick Finn lived in it and he left it and went to live in Lake-Hill : near it was another house of the name Reillys and a woman and two girls lived in it.
