    forks. when the children come home from school they pick the potatoes into buckets. they pick the big ones first and put them into a pit, and then the small ones and put them into another.
    People used potatoes for making starch long ago. they peeled the potatoes, scraped them, and steeped them in water. After some time they squeezed the water out of them, and the remainder was used as starch.
