    In Carrantrasna, there lived a man the name of Loughey. He had a horse in the end of the dwelling house. After 12 o'clock at night the horse used to begin pawing and smashing, and got no ease until they would have to loosen him, and let him out.
    They would not see him until near day the next morning. He came to the street again, and they would have to bring him in, and tie him up.
    He used to be greatly racked, and wet all over with sweat. That used to happened for three nights each week. Then he used to work for the people, during the day like any horse. He continued that until he died.
