    Martin Earley Foghill, Carrowmore, Ballina R.I.P. He was a very funny man, he used to do alot of tricks on the women.
    he went to Killala with his cart one day, with two or three women and his own misses.
    He was not very pleased coming home to him. The women were on the cart. They used not use any side boards on the carts, them time going to town.
    He came on until he came as far as Palmerstown bridge. There was a river on the road side, and its there still. He brought the horse and cart through the river, for the horse to take a drink.
    When he got the horse drinking, and the women chatting he loosened the draft of the cart, and raised it up, and let the women into the water baskets, tins, and all as they were.
