There was a well in Ballintaylor long ago.

There was a well in Ballintaylor long ago. The name of it was Tobar Caoch. There was a cure in this well for sore eyes. One day a woman came for two vessels of water. She was wasting all the water and as she turned around she saw a black object standing behind her. The woman got such a fright that she left the two vessels after her. When she came back she could not find the vessels and there was no sign of the well. From that day out any person did not see that well.
