- Three or more can play this game. They pretend to have a fire. One goes blowing it saying "I'll blow the fire." Maimeen is the mother hen who arranges the others, her chickens, behind her. Maimeen: "What are you blowing the fire for?"
"To dry the bags." There are two or three bags beside the fire.
M: "What do you want the bags for?"
"To draw sand."
M: "What do you want the sand for?"
"To scour knives."
M: "What do you want the knives for?"
"To cut the heads off your chickens."
M: "What do you want to cut the heads off my chickens for?"
" Because they were in eating my oats."
M: "You won't cut the heads off my chickens."
"Well I will."
The person at the fire tires to cut the heads off the chickens and Maimeen saves them.
