They always had a table that hung on the wall and it never was in the way when it was not in use Oat meal cakes were a great go long ago They were baked on a griddle in front of the fire, Meat & fish was eaten also Special food was eaten on special occasions such as Xmas, Easter, and Hollow Eve. Naggins were used instead of cups.
