  1. There are no tailors in our district now. There was a tailor in our district some years ago named Larry McGuire. He was supposed to be a great tailor it is said he was able to make a suit for a man if he knew the turn the man went round. A tailor is supposed to be very active.
A tailor is supposed to have a lot of tools. A scissors, A needle, A timble, A table, A timble, A goose, A dummy. The table is very low being only three foot high. The tailor does not sit on a chair he flats his legs across other and he starts to work. He cuts the cloth with a scissors, he sews with his needle. His thimble is for keeping his finger from being stabbed, his goose is the board he holds on his lap and is dummy is a wood person he has dressed up.
