There are two forges in Strokestown. There names are Haydens and Molhern. the have been smiths since the were young. The forges are in the town. There is anvil and bellows. A coal fire. A shoeing hammer, a rasp, and other instruments is used in the forges. The forge has a iron roof. The door is ordinary. There is one fire place in the forge. The muzzle is iron the top and bottom is wooden and the sides is leather. The bellows are not made local. A hammer, a sladge, tongs, pincers, and a rasp is used. P. J. Kelly.
