- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)is made because we see the butter on the top of the milk. Cold water is poured into the churn in summer and warm water in winter. The cold water is to keep it cool and the warm water to keep it hot.
The butter is lifted into a timber bowl. Then it is washed in spring water. A knife is then run through it. It is then salted and made into rolls.
