  1. Stories of the Holy Family:
    When Our Lord had nearly ended his life, and the Jews were searching for him to put him to death, he hid under a willie-wag-tails tail. The willie-wag-tail began wagging his tail and Our Lord could not hide under it. That is why the willie-wag-tail is always wagging his tail.
    A similar story is told about the sheep, when Our Lord hid under her tail she hid him. Then Our Lord gave her a warm fleece of wool to keep her warm.
    Another story is told about the goat, she would not hide Our Lord so he put hair on her so that she would not be warm.
