    Tháinig fear as an Iorruaidh go h-Éirinn a chruinniú sgéalta agus bhí sé ar lorg an fhir a ba sine san áit a rabh sé ag bain faoi. Lá amháin seóladh chuig sean fhear beag críonna féasogach é agus ar tharraingt ar an teach dó casadh an fear air agus stópa uisce leis. Ar éir chosamhlachtha bhi an sean fhear comhgrach de'n chéad agus bhi luthghair ar fhear na h-Iorruaidhe as a chastáil air.
    "Credim" ar seiseacn, leis an t-seanfhear "gur tus an seanduine is sine san áit".
