Oidhche amháin nuair a chuaidh sé a luige tháinig bean isteach agus léim an cú ar a cúl le h-eagla agus bhi fhios aige gur droch rud a tháinig isteach. Bhi leabaidh-bheag ag taoibh na teineadh agus shuidh an bhean ar an taoibh eile de'n teine. Bhi sí ag druidim anall fhad leis an fhear. Bhi sgian aige sean agus sháith sé an sgian inntí.
