    to Sligo on the train you can see it. I do not know what other party fought against King O'Connor or how it ended.
    In Kilmacowen there is a well at the graveyard and it is called Saint Patrick's Well as he appeared there and left the marks of his foot and hand on the rock.
    When people go to the graveyard they go as far as the well and take a drink of water out of it. The footprints of the saint can be seen around the well.
    Last summer I visited this holy well and I saw the marks. This well is situated in a big green field behind the graveyard. Old people say Saint Brigid visited Kilmacowen.
