  1. There is a very old cure for head-fever with John Dwyer. He used to cure a person by putting his hands on the persons head, and saying certain prayers.
    John Galvin had the cure of the sprain. He would get some thread and hold it in his hands and say some prayers. That thread had to be on the hand or foot that was sprained before sun-set that evening.
    James Naughton had the cure of the head fever. He used to get a tape and put it round the persons head and say certain prayers, and then the person used to be cured.
