Then the boy's who were waiting outside saw their chance. They took out most of the potatoes and filled the bag with round stones.
On his way home Thady was drooping to the ground with the weight of the bad and he was praying for all he was worth for the woman - she was such a kind-hearted creature!
Soon afterwards he reached hom. When he entered the house he said to his wife "you might as well empty them and tis I have them well earned." When she went to empty them a big round stone fell into the pot and broke the bottom of it. "Tis stones that's in it"(continues on next page)- Collector
