   The man that I referred to is a native of the place. He is known as the solicitor who never won a case. He is a keen observer and of everything takes note. He goes by the name of "Fentin" in the town of Ballymote. II He happened with an accident about a year ago. His land it was up- rooted and the sods left lying low. A claim he then put in for our country boys to sue. But he was knocked out by Tom O'Dowd D.C. for No.2 III The day of the trial in Ballymote he swore with all his might. That is was malicious injury was done to him by night. But O'Dowd addressed the jury don't believe this false report. The judge he then dismissed him with loud laughter in the court.
