  2. The Local Forges

    There are four forges in this parish, Mr Willowby's, Mr. Mc Entee's, Mr White's and Mr Keenan's.
    All these forges with the exception of Mr. Mc Entee's are on or near a cross roads.
    Three of these men's father's were black-smiths before these men. Mr. White's father was a tinker.
    Mr. Willowby's forge is in the townland of Corlea, and Mr. Mc Entee's is in the townland of Tappagh, Mr. White's is in the
