    There is also a circle of stones on Kilmacoliver Hill where a number of people, who died of disease during the Great Famine, are buried. In the field at the back of Tallahought forge is a rath dating back to the time of the Tuatha de Dannans. It is said that the fairies are living there. Once people named Murphys were putting some of it for manure, and when they went home to their dinner the best cow they had was dead. Some say the fairies were the cause of it.
