    Strong Men.
    Patrick Burke Inistioge was a great weight lifter. If he wanted to bring a plough or roller from one field to another he would take it on his shoulder. Ther was a roller that no one but himself would lift. He never put anything in a cart.
    Patrick Grace Brittas beat Patrick Dwyer Brittas in lifting a heavy stone.
    Patrick Meaney Kiltown, Inistioge, was a very strong man. One day when he was very angry he seized his own ass which was in a field and threw him over a high hedge. He pulled tug-o'-war with some other men against a picked team from Guinnesse's Brewery, Dublin, and defeated them. He did not enter for anything else.
