    Eczema.
    House Leek is boiled and the water taken 2 or 3 times daily
    Worms
    Male Fern is boiled and water is taken daily.
    Sore Throat
    Rasberry & Blackcurrant leaves.
    Slaghdán
    Alder berries are very good for colds. Wine is also made from them
    Hysteria (dogs)
    Tansy is supposed to be one of the best herbs to cure hysteria
    Rheumatism
    French Fern. Boil them & drink the water
    Sore Eyes
    House Leek is said to be very good for curing sore eyes. It grows like a soft thistle. Bruise a leaf of it and let the milk that falls from it into the eye. It is regarded as a good cure.
    Sprains.
    Hemlock. The water in which hemlock is boild is very good for sprains. The sprains should be bathed in it night & morning.
    Bleeding & St Antonys fire
    Spittle of Seventh Son. There is a man in Kilkenny named Kavanagh. He is a seventh
