    Ring Worm:-
Cure. Goats' dropping is squeezed into new milk. The mixture is then rubbed into the sore part. After a few application the Ring worm disappears. This is still practised by the more "backward people" when afflicted with the Ring Worm.
    To Stop Bleeding:-
Many children (habit acquired from home) in this school still use Rib leaf to stop bleeding - when they get cut at play.
    Stings of Nettles:-
The juice of the Cupóg is squeezed into the sting as a cure to lessen the pain.
This is still quite commonly practised in this locality.
    Tooth. Ache:-
    (1) Pepper is put into the tooth cavity as a cure. (2) Soda is also used.
    (3) Cloves are sucked. (4) Piece of tobacco is chewed. (5) Very cold water is taken into the mouth.
    N.B.
When a tooth loosens from a young child throw the tooth back over its head. This is supposed to cause another tooth to grow & replace the lost one.
