    The days considered unlucky days to visit a sick person are Fridays, and Mondays. Also it is unlucky to have a sick person rise out of bed on Friday. It is said that a farmer should not plough or dig on Good Friday. It is also thought unlucky to remove into a house during Lent or Advent.
