  1. In this district which is situated in the townland of Coolageela, in the parish of Kanturk Co Cork, there was a man who a cure for ringworm, and his name was Mr. Barrett; and when he was getting old he gave the cure to his nephew.
    There is a woman in this district also who has a cure for thrush in children. The cure is, to get a gander, and get it to breath into the child's mouth three mornings in succession; but the child should be fasting.
