  1. The food the people had in olden times was potatoes, milk and oaten meal gruel. They used to have three meals each day; their breakfast, their supper and their dinner.
    They used to work every morning before breakfast. They used to eat potatoes in the morning and thick, sour milk with them, the same for their dinner, and a basin of flake meal gruel for their supper.
