    She is living, is now 74 yrs, - a farmer's wife, - who was born in Dirreen and knows all the relatives of Joan Grogan. Some fo them live in Upper Athea

    a small farmer, born and reared in the townland, knows Joan Grogan well.
    (Can speak Irish but cannot read or write it)

    - next birthday is 100 yrs -good Irish speaker but doesn't read or write it.

    Mrs O'Connor died in Dec '38 and would be 100 on 6-1-39
