- There are several ancient customs connected with marriage still observed in my district people usually do not get married in July and September. People often like to get married in June and November It is said that these are lucky months. People also try to get married on Mondays and Fridays. If the ring falls during the marriage; one of them would die soon. The bridegroom goes in the first car and is also the first to the church.
