    It is the shrine of St Michael the Archangel, It is 300 years old and has an extraordinary history.
    A certain woman from the neighbouring parish of Tully crime dreamt three different times that the Archangel Michael had appeared to her and told her to go and find the well. She had been suffering for a long time from some sickness.
    Accompanied by her son, she came to the parish priest and told him. They went to the place that she ha dreamt of and near a little patch of rushes they discovered the well, the woman was cured immediatly.
