- It is said that long ago there was a ghost in this parish called the Cóisde Bodhar. It was usually between the village of Roadford and the chapel of Tuath glae.
It was seen by many people and always after was seen some person died in the neighbourhood.
They describe it as a four wheeled coach, drawn by four headless horses and driven by a headless man.
The hours in which was usually seen was between twelve oclock and two.
