And won on Bunty Girl. - It would seem that Peter Kerr of Ardee was, to say the least, slow at paying hes debts. He owed McCann, an Ardee draper, for clothing and from Ben Turner he got a tricycle for which, when matters were getting hot, he offered as instalment a ram's skin. McCann made the following verse:

You may go and mark it "Paid"-
