    Go in and out three times to a pig sty and say "Hugna Legna Mugna, go to Mass, go to Mass." This is a cure for mumps.
    Corns
    The skin of fat boiled bacon will rot out corns.
    Warts
    Fresh lime will cure warts, by washing your hands in it.
    Lard and sulphur, mixed well will cure ITCH.

  2. A cure for Burns & scalds
    1 lb Lard.
    1 lb sheep suet with briar leaves & primrose leaves laurel leaves, all cut up, and woodline leaves, and they cut up and boiled together.
    When cool strain into jam pots.
    Chilblains
    Parsnips will boiled, and mixed well with powdered alum will cure chilblians.
