  1. Long ago in Ballyfaddock there lived an old woman. She lived in a very old house with no chimney on it.
    The old woman was about 98 years old when she died. The fire was in the middle of the floor the way the smoke would get out.
    She would never let anybody inside the door.
    It is believed that she was an evil woman because she would never go to mass. There was only one window
