    Four-cornered-fool is played by each player taking a corner and one remaining out to be the fool. Then the players run from one corner to another while the fool tries to get into one of these corners left vacant.
    We also play "Hop-Scotch" "Shor Tig," "Chain Tig," "Hide-and-go-seek Frog-in-the-Well, Is it far to 'Timbuckto', and "Paper Chases" and "Colours," "What time is it".
    Boys play "Football", "Marbles" spin Tops, "Fox-and-Hounds" and they also have "paper-chases."
    At home we play cards, several different games of thorn, "House that Jack built" "Hunt the thimble," "Sentence making," "Draughts," "Luds," "Snakes and Ladders" "Proverbs" "Forfeit"
