maker. Rince out grains which remain in churn with fresh cold water into sieve and turn them on to the butter-maker. Cover butter over with gauze cloth and leave it there untill churn etc is cleaned. Then return and put salt on butter and make it with the butter-maker untill the salt is well mixed and water completly gone.
