Into the face of an angry peeler. - A child suffering from chin cough or whooping cough as it is called, is said to get a red ribbon, or a red piece of tape from the God mother or the God father and to is fastened to the child's neck. In the case of a girl the ribbon is procured from the child's God father and if the child is a boy the ribbon is procured from the child's Godmother.
