The person giving out the Tig when saying each word must point at a person, and the person whom the word out falls on is out. He keeps on repeating the rhyme to the last person and the last person has the Tig. The boy who has the tig keeps running after the rest of the party, till he tips one and that one has the tig and so the game continues.
    Hide and go seek
The same rhymes as for tig are used to select the seeker. When the seeker is selected he is made hide in a place where he can't see where his comrades are hiding. Then the hiders all go to different places to hide. When the seeker hears as many "coos" as there are boys he knows they are all hid. ("Coo" is the word they all shout when they are hid). Then the seeker goes off and looks for them, and if he comes on a seeker in his hiding place he tries to tip him and the boy runs out and tries to get to the den shouting as he runs so that the rest of the boys will hear him and know that he is chased and they all run out and try and get to the den and the one that is tipped is seeker then. If he does not catch anyone he has to seek again.
