"Happy is the bride that the sun shines on
Happy is the corpse that the rain falls on"
May is thought an unlucky month to get married in. Another old proverb is :-
"Monday for health
Tuesday for wealth
Wednesday is the best day of all
Thursday for losses
Friday for crosses
