Straw-boys do not come to the marriage feast in our district. - There is graveyard in Kilbride and a saint called Saint Brigid built a little church there.There is a cross on the side of the road in Kilbride too to mark a place on th road where a priest was killed off a horse. When a hearse passes that place it stops and the people take off the their hats.
