OffalyWe have cows, sheep, pigs, a dog, cats, horses, hens, chickens, turkeys. The cows have no names. We say "High up" when we are driving the cows in or out of the fields. the cowhouse has five mangers and a cement floor. it is called the cowhouse. The cows are tied in with chains. The are tied to stakes. The cows are tied by the neck they are not tied by the horn or by the legs. There is no custom with milking. The pigs are always kept(continues on next page)
